HZ's Contractor LLC can provide you with a complete new roof for your home, business or out building. Generally a new roof project happens per the following general steps:

  1. Planning, design and permits (we can help get all of this in place)
  2. Demo and removal of all existing roofing material
  3. Inspect, Repair or replace any damaged roof sheathing (plywood)
  4. Installation of proper underlayment (depending on roof type, pitch and other factors)
  5. Address current issues around Chimneys, Vent Pipes, Sky Lights and Valleys 
  6. Install roofing shingles and seal all required areas
  7. Complete any additional work such as trim, soffits, edge molding and gutters (as required)

We can fix any roof regardless of the current issues and provide a waterproof covering that will last for decades. Properly installed roofs don't leak, don't need "regular" repair or maintenance and under normal circumstances last long than many people stay in their home. The steps above are used when installing most new roofs.
