HZ's Contractor LLC can provide you with a complete new level on your home, an addition or any part of your building project. For a complete basement renovation the general steps are:

  1. Clean out and removal of all existing things that will no longer be used
  2. Water Sealing (if required) for the walls and floor
  3. Major utility upgrades- run sewer lines, move existing ducts or electrical, etc.
  4. Framing which includes walls, ceilings and any special framing
  5. Sheet rock on the walls and ceilings 
  6. Interior finishing such as painting, sheetrock, trim, interior doors and stairs (if required)
  7. Complete utilities such as electrical, plumbing (if required) and HVAC (if required)
