  1. Planning and design (we can help get all of this in place)
  2. Demo and removal of all existing things that will no longer be used
  3. Major masonry items such as footings, block work or other foundation items
  4. Framing which includes any tie-in to the house or roof
  5. Siding repairs, flooring, ceiling components and others as required 
  6. Finishing such as painting, aluminum work, trim, doors and stairs (if required)
  7. Complete utilities such as electrical (as required)

This was a tear down and rebuild
The broken stair replaced with solid stone treads
