HZ's Contractor LLC can provide your business with a complete new office space, remodeled space and even building repairs both inside and outside. Generally a Commercial office space remodel happens per the following general steps:

  1. Planning and permitting (we can help get all of this in place)
  2. Clean out/demo and removal of all existing things that will no longer be used
  3. Major utility upgrades- run sewer lines, move existing ducts or electrical, etc.
  4. Framing which includes walls, ceilings and any special framing
  5. Sheet rock on the walls and new ceiling tiles 
  6. Interior finishing such as painting, new flooring, trim, interior doors and stairs (if required)
  7. Complete utilities such as electrical, plumbing, fire protection and HVAC (as required)
